We change LTV for LTL
We have upgraded the outdated LTV (Loan to Value) to LTL (Loan to Liquidity). LTL is the ratio between the market value of the secured property and the loan amount. By being the first to use the more accurate LTL instead of LTV, we can better protect your investment.
