We are creating a guarantee fund
We invest with you
Invest in Slovakia shareholders invest together with other investors and form a guarantee fund from the profits.
The Guarantee Fund is for the benefit of all investors and is intended to provide an additional layer of long-term protection against borrower default, interest and principal payment delays
The Guarantee Fund is financed by the sale of the property and the fees received by TREZOR AGENT at foreclosure if the borrower defaults. Any additional profits are deposited into the fund, thus increasing investor protection.
