We do real estate by heart

The cooperation with Vlast Čep has opened up opportunities for us in promoting the brand and the whole idea of Invest in Slovakia. The last issue of FORMEN magazine presented our brand, beginnings, visions and projects.

The article is dedicated to our beginnings and the answers to these questions as well:

• What motivated us to start the company?
• How was the model of society formed?
• What were the hurdles we had to jump together on the way to our vision?

For a "taste" we present an excerpt from the interview.

How did you come up with the idea to start a real estate crowdfunding that financially supports innovative real estate projects?

At the beginning of 2019, my reasoning was simple:

• I will find a good opportunity to build a timeless real estate project that will be investment interesting.
• I'll present it to investors who will help me with capital, and hopefully I'll get someone interested.
• With a team of specialists, we will build a modern, innovative real estate project and share the profits fairly.
• This The idea fell apart very quickly and I sobered up immediately.

Can you tell us about a specific project that was invested through investinslovakia.eu? What are its benefits and when will we see the result?

Very happy. For example, we have some initiatives in the very promising city of Zvolen.

• One of them is a dilapidated building on Martina Kukučína Street. The project is officially called Residence of Martin Kukučín.

• Another project in Zvolen is an intimate residential House Sokolka Premium on Sokolska Street.
