The main investor buys two family houses standing on a plot of 839 m2, only 15 km from the capital, to divide them into 4x separate residential units with private parking and garden and thus built Viladomy Hviezdoslav in Stupava.

INVEST CLUB members have the opportunity to participate in this investment project with a total of EUR 600 000 (currently collected EUR 260 000) in the form of loans and thus obtain fixed yield from this project in the amount of 12,08 % p.a. (per year) of the amount invested. The investment period is 12 months.

What makes the project interesting and why invest in it?

  • Renovated property in an interesting location, just 15 km from the capital Bratislava.
  • Fixed return to investor 12,08 % p.a. (annually) with semi-annual (pro-rata) payments and an investment period 12 months.
  • Family houses are located in the town of Stupava, in close proximity to Bratislava, about 2 km below the Little Carpathians and overlooking the Small Carpathians and the ruins of Pajštún Castle.
  • The spaces that will be created by the extensive reconstruction of the buildings offer possibility of permanent housing and at the same time its size offers space for business, which is also determined by the zoning plan of the town of Stupava. 
  • The advantage is private parking both in the two-car garage and on the common land within the newly built complex.
  • Each housing unit is spacious and fully functional according to the modern requirements of today and the demands for comfortable living at affordable prices. 
  • Fast connection to the D2 motorway feeder road directly in front of the village Stupava provides access to the capital - Bratislava in a very short time, about 15 min.
  • The city has complete civic amenities - schools, kindergartens, shops.

ALPHA AND BETA HOUSE

Two-storey family houses have two above-ground and one underground floor. The basement is spacious with a garage door and offers the possibility of parking at least 2 cars. There is a separate entrance to the cellar from both the interior and exterior.

Each apartment unit will be reconstructed after the reconstruction large storage space usable for storing things, possibly as a fitness or wine bar.

The house is made of classic materials such as brick, concrete, monolithic structures, ceramic ceilings over 1.PP, 1.NP and 2.NP, the roof is manzardová (reconstruction will go to the gable), which also with the renewed facade and new large windows gives the house a modern look. The newly created flats will also have common green areas. 

What does the investment in this project look like?

For example, the investor invests EUR 1 000.

  • One investor invested EUR 1 000
  • Return on investment (ROI) = 12,08 %
  • Refund amount 1000 EUR + 120,8 EUR
  • For the investment period 12 months is a fixed annual yield 12,08 % p.a. 

In addition, if you invest the first days with PRE-BOOKING BONUS +1 %, which runs until 1.4., you will also get 10 eurosthat will not earn interest, you will see it in the value of the account, but they will be paid back to you at the end of the investment period together with principal and bonuses.

How did the investment in the first phase of the project go?

The first stage of the Viladomy Hviezdoslav project in Stupava enjoyed the interest of investors. After the publication of the campaign in Invest Club, the financing attended by almost 224 members Invest Club. Total the amount invested has reached EUR 260 924.
