What makes KUKUČÍN'S COURT interesting?

The main idea of the KUKUČÍNOV DVOR development project is revitalise the area, incorporate new and modern elements to give a new look to the whole street. The developer first gave a chance for a dilapidated building on Kukučínova Street, which is currently being reconstructed into 5 residential units.

After the purchase and subsequent reconstruction of the first building, the developer addressed the fact that the future owners of the M. Kukučína Residence would see an old dilapidated and abandoned building across the street.

He therefore decided to design the site to develop the previously passable and open area of the two properties into a closed area M. Kukučína apartment building with a camera system and parking in the courtyard and thus created KUKUČÍN'S COURT.
